SALISBURY CONCERT BAND

Salisbury Concert Band was formed in 2005 following a plea by Musical Director Chris Holmes for musicians to come together and make music under the band’s original name of Salisbury Community Band. The band, which changed its name in 2012, proved to be very popular and membership quickly grew to around sixty five players. In 2008 to cater for an influx of musicians a second band Second Wind was formed. Membership of both bands currently stands at around ninety committed players.
